Darlene is Legislative and Regulatory Counsel for the Consumer Bankers Association (“CBA”), where she represents financial institutions’ interests on proposed legislation on Capitol Hill and provides legal analyses of legislative and regulatory initiatives. Darlene began her legal career working first as a law clerk (1999) and then as an attorney (2002) at Eugene A. Seidel, P.A. managing the Surety Team and specializing in commercial collections. Darlene continued her legal career (2004) working as general counsel for Green Door Properties, LLC. She obtained her Maryland Real Estate Broker’s License in 2004 and acts as broker for Green Door Properties, LLC.
Darlene is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law and Real Property Sections and the Maryland State Bar Association. Darlene obtained her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law (Baltimore, MD). She obtained her undergraduate degree from Elon College (Elon College, NC). |

Chris started with Green Door in late 2008 and is tasked with overseeing the day to day operation of the Sales Team. His responsibilities include growing and effective Sales team and creating a growth strategy that begins and ends with the customer experience. Chris also works to ensure professional industry partners and align resources that round out a Turnkey Brokerage Offering. Chris has held a variety of Sales Management positions as well as been a founder of various business ventures. |

Ross joined the Green Door team in 2007 and he manages the new opportunities on the development side of the house. Ross specializes in "crunching the numbers" to determine the feasibility and economics of any real estate project. Ross has an engineering degree from Iowa State University (that other college in the state of Iowa) and prior to joining Green Door had a 13 year career at Motorola. |

Mike Kane brings over 10 years experience of Residential Property Management, Real Estate Investing New Home Sales, Residential and Commercial Brokerage Sales and Rentals. He spent the last few years selling for a Luxury Home Builder and was 2007 HBAM Award winner and Rookie of the Year. Having just completed the Certified Distressed Property course he is also here to help those in need of short sale or Foreclosure consultation. In his free time Mike plays soccer, runs and spends time with family and friends. |

Christine graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Loyola College in Maryland in 1998. She held various marketing and sales roles with companies including T. Rowe Price and Newell Rubbermaid.
